- What this is. UK15 (“the site”, “we”) is a free local directory of businesses, institutions and public services in and around Kotdwara, Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which covers data and cookies.
- Information only. Listings are compiled from public sources such as OpenStreetMap, Google Maps and government websites, and from information businesses send us. We do not verify every entry. A listing is not a recommendation, endorsement or guarantee of any business, product or service.
- Your dealings are your own. Any transaction or arrangement you make with a listed business is between you and that business. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for its outcome.
- Submitting a listing or correction. When you email us a listing or correction, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. We may edit, decline or remove any listing at our discretion, without notice.
- Acceptable use. Do not copy the directory in bulk, scrape it, use it to send spam or unsolicited calls, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Third-party links. Links to maps, websites and phone numbers lead to services we do not control. Their own terms and policies apply.
- Changes. We may change the site or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand, have exclusive jurisdiction.
