- No accounts. You can use the site without signing up. We do not run advertising trackers.
- Cookies. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to see overall site usage such as popular pages and searches. We only see totals, not who you are. You can block cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out add-on.
- Technical logs. Like any website, our server or hosting provider may record basic request data (IP address, browser type, time and page requested) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are not used to identify or profile you.
- Third-party services. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Tapping “Raasta” or a source link opens Google Maps or OpenStreetMap, whose own privacy policies apply.
- Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to add or correct listings. We do not sell or share it, except where the law requires.
- Business information. Listings show business contact details (name, address, phone, website) that are already public. If you are the owner or the person concerned and want a listing corrected or removed, email us and we will act on it within a reasonable time, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- Children. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
